Mix a measuring spoon (25g) of milk shake powder in 300 ml of water or skimmed (0.5% fat) milk. You can consume it 1 or 2 times a day, to replace the main meal, under medical supervision.
During the diet, consume an adequate amount of at least two liters of sugar-free liquid
(mineral water, fruit tea, etc.)
