Composition:
Each tablet contains Cyproheptadine 4mg
Indications:
Loss of appetite, growth and convalescence, perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis and urticaria and angioedema
Dosage:
For Loss of appetite Adult and children above 7 years: 1 tablet thrice daily Children 2 – 6 years: Half tablet thrice daily For Pruritus and allergy Adult: 4mg thrice daily; Children 7-14 years: 4mg thrice daily Children 2 – 6 years: Half tablet thrice daily
Side Effects:
Sedation, rash, edema, faintness, excitation, blurred vision, hypotension, dryness of mouth, nasal stuffiness, and fatigue
