Viridian 100% Organic Black Seed Oil is made from cold-pressed Nigella sativa seed sourced from organic fields.
Rich in potent compounds, black seed has been used for thousands of years in the Middle and Far East for its health and beauty benefits. The oil has a rich aroma, similar to eucalyptus or tea tree, and a strong taste. Add to food or drink, take directly from the spoon or use topically as an aromatic chest rub or massage oil.
Black seed oil is rich in phospholipids, essential for supporting cellular membrane maintenance. It also contains phytosterols, such as beta-sitosterol, which support cell membrane structure and function.
Compositional analysis reveals that black seed oil is also a source of a broad range of nutrients, including vitamins A (Retinol), C, D3, E, B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc and a range of amino acids.

As a food supplement, take one to three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
