Indication:
Zi Mag contains Magnesium aspartate dihydrate which is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. Magnesium supports energy levels and muscle function. Magnesium also supports nervous system health and function. It also helps prevent dietary magnesium deficiency.
Directions for use:
Adults: Take 2 to 3 tablets up to 3 times daily with water, after a meal or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not chew.
Children (4-8 years of Age): Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with water, after a meal or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not chew.
Children (9-13 years of Age): Take 2 tablets up to 3 times daily with water, after a meal or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not chew.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from children.
